Shipping Policy

ConsultPierce sells digital products only. We do not ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping fees, shipping addresses, or delivery times to worry about.

How You'll Receive Your Purchase

Once your payment is confirmed, your product(s) will be available for immediate download, typically via:

• A download link on the order confirmation/thank-you page
• A delivery email sent to the address you provided at checkout, usually within a few minutes of purchase

Please double-check your email address at checkout, and check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see your delivery email within 15 minutes. If you still don't see it, contact us at hello@consultpierce.com and we'll resend your files right away.

File Access

Downloaded files are yours to keep. We recommend saving a copy to your own device or cloud storage after download.
